On the day of the event, we will oversee the celebration, coordinate and manage every aspect so you and your guests may fully relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything is being arranged according to your wishes.

Full-service organization is designed for clients who require the full support of an event planner to assist and guide them with the design, planning and management of their celebration. This service consists of the following parts:

  • designing a complete concept for the given event
  • ongoing consultation and advice on locations, catering, hotels, photographer, florist, entertainment, transport etc. according to your requirements and budget
  • a detailed budget breakdown during the planning period
  • once you have decided on potential venues and suppliers, we will co-ordinate all your appointments and provide all meeting confirmation details
  • once the locations and suppliers have been selected, we will take care of all the necessary contracts and pricing negotiations and pass them on to you
  • we design a detailed schedule of the day of your celebration that manages the timing of all events during the day or evening and includes checklists for all the people involved during the day in order to make sure that nothing gets forgotten
  • on the day of the event, we co-ordinate the suppliers and make sure all timings are on schedule so your celebration runs smoothly

Throughout the planning process, we keep in close contact with you and provide a continuous update report, which contains details on suppliers, checklists and budget.
