Fees

The fees are structured depending on the kind of service you require from us. The following services may be chosen: "First meeting", "Planning and consultation", "Consultation", and "Presence of the event planner on the day of the event". We offer you a transparent fees structure, charge according to the service and do not work on commission. Discounts or financial incentives offered to us will be passed on to you.

 

First Meeting

The idea of the first meeting is to get to know each other, including your expectations and wishes, all the information about the type and style of the event needed for the planning process and the available budget. Moreover, we shall discuss the way the Wonder Events team can be of help to you and explain the various packages and services to choose from. After the meeting, we will provide you with an offer including all the discussed details and you can then decide whether you would like to book our services.

Fee:
The first meeting is free of charge.


Planning & Consultation (Partial and Full Organization)

After the first meeting, we know your expectations and requirements for your event and in what way the Wonderful Events team may be of help for you. According to this, we estimate the time needed for the planning and organization and create a concept including first suggestions as well as our estimated fee. This might still change during the process of planning depending on the various adjustments you may wish to make. However, we will make sure that your given budget is kept under control. The detailed planning starts after receiving the first down payment from you.

Fee:
If not informed otherwise, we work on an hourly fee basis (CHF 75.-/h)

We don't like the idea of offering fixed all-inclusive packages because every event is special and unique and might involve more or less planning time. We would like to guarantee a bespoke service for you and your guests to make your celebration a day to remember in line with your requirements. Therefore, we provide you with an offer especially for your needs.

(To get an idea of our fees, you may estimate 10-15 % of the total budget for a full-service organization.)


Consultation

You have decided to organize most of the event yourself, but wish to consult us for suggestions and assistance in various domains during the planning process.

Fee:
For every suggestion (such as venues, photographers, etc.), we charge CHF 50.-

In case you decide to get additional services from us, such as checklists, budget planning or further consultation meetings, we charge CHF 75.-/h.


Presence of the Event Planner on the Actual Day of the Event

The event planner is definitely present at your celebration if you have chosen a full-service organization by the Wonderful Events team. However, if you decided to book us for a partial organization or consulting, you may add this service. The time of our presence consists of the actual time spent at the event, the time needed to arrange different kinds of materials necessary for the day of event and the trip to get there.
