Partial Organization

This service is especially tailored for clients who have already started planning the upcoming celebration and have some clear ideas of the style and design of the event, but may have underestimated the planning process and are in need of additional help and direction with parts of the organization. The Wonderful Events team is looking forward to entering the planning process at any time to provide this partial organization service to you.

In line with your wishes, requirements and budget, we will recommend a list of suppliers for venues, catering, decoration, photographer, florist, entertainment, transport etc. - you name it.

Planning a big celebration for family, friends or company colleagues is indeed most enjoyable and exciting. However, in order to make sure that you don't need too much time and underestimate the planning process, we gladly assist you with anything you need, provide you with professional help in the domains you require us the most and guide you through step by step, from the innovative concept to the flawless execution, making sure that nothing important will be left out. Our aim is to create something special for you that fully suits your wishes and the available budget, be it a special, milestone birthday party, a company event or an anniversary.

Not included in the "partial organization" service is the presence of the event planner on the day of the event. However, if you wish so, this service can be booked in addition (see fees).
